"Please uphold the U.S. Constitution, and please be faithful to your California Oath of Office. I join the demand for restoring Books of Courts as public records in the Los Angeles Superior Court. Such Books of Court include, but are not limited to, the Book of Judgments, the Index of All Cases, the Calendars of the Courts, and the Registers of Actions. Such Books of Court must be open for the public to access, to inspect and to copy, pursuant to Nixon v. Warner Communications, Inc., 435 U.S. 589 (1978), where the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed ‘the common-law right of access to judicial records’ otherwise referred to as ‘the common-law right to inspect and copy judicial records’." ____ [Y / N]
